Kabuki
Restaurant Review: bargains

photos and article by David Lee

Sushi has gotten a reputation for being an expensive commodity but at Kabuki you can stuff yourself with high quality sushi without shelling out the big bucks.   Traditional Kabuki restaurants, not to be confused with Japanese theatre, offer a 50% discount when you order three items.   Not bad...with that deal, who needs those fancy places.

Upon entering Kabuki, I noticed high ceilings, a bustling crowd and an overall clean atmosphere.   An open kitchen adds to the lively atmosphere as master sushi chefs chop and slice tender cuts of fish.   This isn't your fancy stuffy fine dining restaurant.   The interior is like a hip version of a sportsbar, complete with television screens, bright lights and stainless steel all over.

Kabuki offers a casual dining experience, a great place to go after work with friends to relax after a stressful day.   A friendly staff greets you with plenty of smiles, very inviting.
