Buckles, Ties and Closure: The advancements made on the closure system are a great improvement from previous rollerblades. A dental floss like shoe string is easily tightened with the pull of a handle. This gives your foot optimal support as you fly across the skating rink.

Bottomline: I would recommend these skates to anyone starting out or someone that is looking for a fun way to exercise outdoors. These skates are decent for indoor skating but have a longer base then most indoor skates which makes it harder to turn unless you are racing, in which case the length comes in handy. The retail price of these skates is a bargain considering its components and configuration.
