vegetarian confessions

More could be said concerning why vegetarianism is an excellent alternative to consuming meat, and in my opinion should actually be the norm rather than an alternative.   However, any knowledgeable citizen is already aware of these facts, or could be if they wished to consider the issues.   People like to wear blinders about more than just food politics, and I never consider it my duty to go around exposing my perceived folly of people's reasoning concerning political stance, patriotic staunchness and what it entails, or religious fervor although I do have opinions.  

So like I said, concerning my vegetarianism, I don't preach.   So watch out meat eaters and let my lunch be.   If my personal decision to eat tofu in public inexplicably requires comments and challenges from you, it's possible that day I will feel like convincing some one to convert.   Or maybe I'll just inflict pain on one of the people for whom thousands of animals suffer and die ignoble deaths daily.
