Fine Dining: Peaks Restaurant

After a long day of skiing, relax and have a fine dining experience at the Peaks Restaurant located at the base of the mountain in the New Summit Hotel.   Peaks blends traditional Western Cuisine with a contemporary flair.   With a gorgeous modern interior, the restaurant has a view of the slopes.

Begin your meal with the grilled barbecue shrimp.   This jumbo prawns are grilled and laced with a house barbecue sauce and served with a delicate house-baked blue corn cakes.   A bowl of French onion soup is guaranteed to warm you up after a blistering cold day.   Big Sky can get extremely cold.

For your main course, the breast of duckling is an exceptional creation.   Crispy roasted duck breast rests on top of a bed of Flathead cherry bigerade and wild rice.   The cherry bigerade gives a refreshing taste of sweetness to the rich tender cut of duck breast.
