The most popular appetizer amongst Cha Cha Cha patrons is the fried sweet plantains (bananas).   These savory sliced bananas literally melt in your mouth while your teeth crunch on the deep fried skin.   The sweet but not too sweet flavor will have you begging for more (I had two orders).

The night is about to get hot hot hot.   Bring on the entrees and while the night's still young refill your pitcher of Sangria, guaranteed to spice up your night. Parago Rojo better known as Pacific Red Snapper is served in a banana leaf with banana dressing, Spanish rice, fried plantains, yucca con mojo (Mexican potato) and black beans.   Dip your snapper into the dressing for an utterly sensational indulgence, your taste buds will be whirling!
